Method and production

This is an amazing and cheeky fusion with strawberries and balsamic. A classic gin base that acts as a foundation. Subsequently, fresh strawberries, strawberry and black pepper distillates are added, and the very best balsamic vinegar that money can buy – Aceto di Balsamico tradizionale di Modena DOP, aged between 12 and 25 years.

Tasting Notes

Dark red fruits, cherries, strawberries and cranberries – mixed with the rich and mysterious darkness of balsamic, creating a rich chocolate molasses note. You find a nice balance between the lumpy, juicy strawberries and the complexity of the balsamic, a touch of refined bitterness, but with minimal acidity.
