Popular in the 1920s, but since then forgotten. Now the pineapple gin is back with a 21st century twist. Whole pineapple is roasted on a spit with demerara sugar until a beautiful caramelization occurs. The pineapple is then combined with a strong and light gin.
The result creates new heights of decadence and attitude that you must taste to believe.
