Tomatin 12 yo (2008/2021), The French Collection – Monbazillac is a Limited Edition release from Tomatin Distillery. This expression was introduced alongside three other 12-year batches matured in casks formerly holding Sauternes, Rivesaltes and cognac, respectively. Monbazillac is a French wine region that lends its name to the unique wine. Similar to Sauternes, Monbazillac uses a larger amount of Muscadelle grapes.
