Tomatin’s 12 yo (2008/2021), The French Collection – Rivesaltes is a Limited Edition release from Tomatin Distillery. Tomatin 12 yo (2008/2021) is just one of four bottles that make up The French Collection. It was released with 12-year destillations matured in wine casks previously used for Monbazillac, Sauternes and also ex-cognac casks, respectively. The name Rivesaltes is derived from the French wine district responsible for the rich and popular dessert wine.
