Tomatin 12 yo (2008/2021), The French Collection – Sauternes is a Limited Edition series from Tomatin Distillery. The French Collection is comprised exclusively of 12-year distillations mastured in ex-cognac casks, and ex-wine casks of Monbazillac and Rivesaltes, respectively. Sauternes is a French wine district that produces a sweet wine from a combination of white and golden-skinned grapes. This lends the final result a distinctively bright and sirupy impression of white wine.
