Highland Park 25 yo brings an already accomplished and critically acclaimed product from the levels of excellence and ventures into the territory of perfection. A longer maturation ensures that the final product further absorbs the characteristics of the casks. True to their tradition, Highland Park used European ex-sherry casks in this release, and the casks delivered a full-bodied and well-rounded impression of deep vanilla, fudge and the local Orkney peat. Naturally, this bottling of less than 20 casks is guaranteed to deliver a world class whisky experiance with its graceful 46% ABV.
