This bottle of Highland Park 30 yo, Spring 2019 Release was created in a combination of no less than three different casks. The maturation began no later than 1989 and in a batch consisting of less than 20 casks. First came the maturation on ex-bourbon casks and since first fill sherry casks. Finally, the golden drops were rounded off in a small, but hand picked refill casks. This exclusive release is rich notes of citrus, honey and ripe fruit and naturally prides itself of the signature Highland Park peat. Not just a bottle of whisky, but a relic of Scottish whisky history.
