Trois Riviéres Bois d’Inde, 42%

Trois Riviéres Bois d’Inde, 42% takes its name from one of the rivers bordering the distillery. Trois Rivieres Cuvee Bois d’Inde is the successor to the successful Oman, which was the first rum in their superb selection.

The rum is a very limited edition of 2,400 bottles, and contains 11 different blends, including with old and rare rum dating back to 1979.

Smell: Rich and bold scent of oak. Spices such as curry, anise and coriander. Honey/fruits (dried). Extremely complex.
Taste: Soft and fruity… Almost fresh sugar cane juice. Spices melt on the tongue, dried exotic fruits. Delicate oak (lightly candied).
Finish: Long aftertaste… Fresh sugar cane and a bit of pepper.
