Trois Riviéres Saint Pierre, 43% also takes its name from one of the rivers at the distillery. Trois Rivieres Saint-Pierre is the third and last rum in the Trois Rivieres superb selection.
The rum is a very limited edition, and contains 11 different rum vintages, which, after blending, have aged together for another 10 years.
Smell: Fresh floral notes, honey and spices. Candied fruits and soft oak.
Taste: Soft spicy taste, then fruits and final barrel notes.
Finish: Long-lasting and powerful. Candied sugar cane and ripe fruits.
