Chairman’s Reserve White Rum is an award-winning white rum with refreshing notes of citrus and a lovely balance that creates the perfect foundation for drinks and cocktails, which has made Chairman’s white rum a favorite among bartenders worldwide.

This white rum is a unique blend of batches distilled in traditional copper pot-stills and Coffey stills. The rum is stored separately for 3-4 years in ex-bourbon barrels, after which it is blended and stored for a further 6 months in oak casks. Finally, the rum is charcoal filtered to obtain a crystal clear rum. This makes the rum robust, flavorful and suitable for use in cocktails.

The rum is clear in color and with a scent of i.a. banana cake and roasted marshmallows. The taste is first dry and then sweet with hints of cream, fresh citrus peel and a long balanced finish. The white rum delivers refreshing citrus notes, a complexity and balance that creates the perfect foundation for cocktails and long drinks, which has made this white rum a favorite among bartenders worldwide.
