Scapegrace Gin launched in 2014 in New Zealand, created by two friends with a passion for crafting exceptional spirits that break away from convention and celebrate the rebellious spirit of gin’s history.

Production Method

• Raw materials: 12 botanicals sourced globally, including juniper berries from Italy, coriander seeds from Europe, cardamom and cinnamon from Sri Lanka, and lemon and orange peels from South America
• Distillation process: Traditional copper pot still distillation using a 19th century John Dore still imported from London
• Maturation: No barrel aging, bottled immediately after distillation to preserve botanical freshness
• Special techniques: Small batch production with rigorous quality control; each batch is individually numbered and hand-labeled

• Nose: Vibrant juniper forward aromas with bright citrus notes, hints of spice, and subtle floral undertones
