Production Method

• Ingredients: Premium molasses from Barbados’ sugar factories, traditionally distilled
• Distillation process: Combination of pot still and column still distillation for optimal complexity
• Maturation: 14 years in three different cask combinations – one bourbon cask, one Madeira cask, and one double-matured cask (10 years bourbon + 4 years Madeira)
• Special techniques: Three-cask blending and bottling at natural cask strength without chill filtration
