Production Method

• Ingredients: Scottish malted barley, partially dried over traditional Islay peat smoke
• Distillation Process: Double distillation in Bowmore’s classic copper stills with their distinctive shape, which contributes to the whisky’s special character
• Maturation: 12 years of maturation first in bourbon casks followed by a finish in selected Oloroso sherry casks
• Special Techniques: Matured in Bowmore’s legendary No. 1 Vaults, the oldest whisky warehouse in Scotland, located below sea level providing a unique maritime influence

• Nose: Elegant smoke combined with citrus fruits, honey, vanilla and distinct notes of dark berries, raisins and nuts from the sherry casks
