Production Method
- Raw materials: Scottish barley and aromatic peat from Orkney’s heather moorlands, giving Highland Park its distinctive floral smokiness
- Distillation process: Double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills at Highland Park’s Kirkwall distillery on Orkney
- Maturation: Matured exclusively in refill casks, allowing the whisky’s natural character and higher peat influence to shine through
