• Ingredients: Scottish barley and the famous, soft spring water from Cattie Maggie’s Spring on Orkney
• Distillation Process: Double distillation in Highland Park’s traditional copper stills with slow fermentation
• Maturation: Primary maturation in bourbon casks followed by finishing in oloroso sherry casks over 14 years (2011-2025)
• Special Techniques: Signatory’s 100 Proof Edition series presents the whisky at natural cask strength without chill filtration
