• Raw materials: 26 botanicals including hand-foraged ingredients from Norwegian forests, such as juniper berries, lingonberries, rhubarb, blueberries, elderflower, and various herbs native to Scandinavia
• Distillation process: Small-batch distillation in copper pot stills, with botanicals steeped and distilled to extract optimal flavors and aromatics
• Maturation: Rested briefly to allow the flavors to harmonize before being cut with pure Norwegian mountain water
• Special techniques: Traditional Navy Strength at 58% ABV – historically the proof at which gunpowder would still ignite if soaked in the spirit, ensuring sailors received undiluted gin
