Production Method

• Raw materials: Organic wheat spirit base with eight carefully selected botanicals including juniper berries, sweet gale (bog myrtle), coriander, licorice root, angelica, lemon, orange, and orris root
• Distillation process: Double distillation in a custom-designed copper pot still named “Érainn”
• Maturation: No maturation period as is typical with premium gins
• Special techniques: Uses the “double gin” technique where juniper is distilled twice in the process – once with all botanicals and again separately to enhance the juniper character
