Production Method

• Raw materials: 12 carefully selected botanicals including traditional juniper, coriander, and angelica root, plus distinctive ingredients like aronia berry, butterfly pea flower, sweet potato, and saffron
• Distillation process: Small batch distillation in a 300L copper pot still using a vapor infusion method to extract delicate flavors
• Maturation: Rested briefly after distillation to allow flavors to marry before bottling
• Special techniques: The natural black color comes from butterfly pea flower, which contains anthocyanin that changes color when pH levels shift – creating a dramatic transformation from black to purple/pink when tonic is added
