Production Method

• Raw materials: Handpicked juniper berries and 10 other carefully selected botanicals including coriander seed, angelica root, licorice root, orris root, cassia bark, cinnamon, orange and lemon peel
• Distillation process: Copper pot distillation in Prudence, Patience, and Constance (Sipsmith’s custom-designed stills) following traditional one-shot method
• Maturation: No aging process; bottled immediately after distillation to capture the freshest botanical flavors
• Special techniques: Triple juniper technique: twice the juniper is added during the maceration process, additional juniper in the pot still, and vapor-infused juniper for maximum intensity
