Production Method

• Raw materials: Premium molasses sourced from regional Caribbean sugarcane producers, fermented with proprietary yeast strains
• Distillation process: Double distillation using both traditional copper pot stills and modern Coffey stills for a harmonious balance of character
• Maturation: Extended aging in ex-bourbon American white oak casks, with some rums in the blend aged between 6-11 years
• Special techniques: The “forgotten” barrels received additional maturation time after being overlooked during a distillery relocation, creating a unique aging profile
