Production Method

• Raw materials: Locally sourced molasses from Barbados sugar production, fermented with proprietary yeast strains
• Distillation process: A combination of pot still and column still distillates (hence “Single Blended Rum”), creating balance between body and refinement
• Maturation: Dual maturation in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels and ex-Port European oak casks for a full 10 years in Barbados’ tropical climate
• Special techniques: Natural aging with no additives, sugar, or artificial flavoring; bottled at cask strength of 51% ABV
