Production Method

• Raw materials: Molasses from Barbados’ sugar plantations, distilled at Foursquare Distillery
• Distillation process: Unique blend of traditional pot still and modern column still distillation
• Maturation: 5 years in ex-bourbon casks followed by 9 years in ex-Black Muscat casks
• Special techniques: Double cask aging without artificial additives or coloring
