Production Method

• Raw materials: Locally sourced molasses from Barbados sugar cane, fermented with proprietary yeast strains
• Distillation process: Double distillation using a combination of traditional copper pot still and modern column still techniques
• Maturation: 16 years in the tropical climate of Barbados, using a combination of ex-bourbon American oak barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry casks
