Production Method

• Raw Materials: Molasses produced from sugar cane and natural local spices from Seychelles, including cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and quatre epices
• Distillation Process: A combination of traditional pot still and modern column still distillation, creating a perfect balance between character and purity
• Maturation: Contains 8-year-old Bajan Foursquare rum and is subsequently aged for 60 days in former bourbon casks after a unique maceration with spices
• Special Techniques: Maceration with local spices and pressing with former French Merlot finér – a unique method developed by the Takamaka distillery
