Production Method

• Ingredients: 100% blue weber agave harvested at optimal maturity from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico
• Distillation Process: Traditional tahona stone-crushing of the agave hearts, slow fermentation and double distillation in small copper pot stills
• Aging: 6-9 months in American oak barrels, giving a golden color and complex flavor profile
• Special Techniques: Hand-cut agave, oven-baked in stone ovens, and bottled with hand-dipped wax seal on the bottle in Mexican tradition
