• Raw materials: Scottish barley and the distinctive aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor, rich in heather and ancient woodland
• Distillation process: Traditional copper pot stills shaped to create Highland Park’s distinctive medium-peated character
• Maturation: Predominantly matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks, giving rich sweetness and warm spices
• Special techniques: Hand-turned floor maltings and a slow, heather-infused peat-smoking process that is unique to Highland Park
