Production Method

• Ingredients: Special barley grown at the foot of the Himalayas, which gives the whisky its unique character
• Distillation process: Traditional distillation under the direction of Master Distiller Michael D’Souza
• Maturation: Aged in carefully selected casks in Goa’s tropical climate with accelerated maturation
• Special techniques: Year-round tropical climate with 8% annual evaporation (angel’s share) and access to many freshwater sources

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Honey and cocoa with hints of smoke and espresso notes, complemented by fruity undertones
• Palate: Grassy notes from the barley, followed by gentle peat and smoke, developing into mint and mocha
• Finish: Long and drawn-out finish with spice and mint chocolate, concluding with gentle peat notes
