Production Method

• Ingredients: Hand-picked botanicals consisting of juniper berries, orange peel, coriander and dill seeds – personally selected by the Master Distiller to ensure the highest quality of raw materials.
• Distillation Process: All botanicals are infused in the base spirit for 24 hours before distillation begins. The process itself is guided solely by the Master Distiller’s experience and sense of smell, without the use of standardised machine controls.
• Maturation: Thorn Gin is a clear, unaged gin and undergoes no cask maturation – the character of the distillate is preserved pure and fresh from production to bottle.
• Special Techniques: Produced in batches of no more than 500 litres at a time, ensuring artisanal attention and consistency in every single batch. Each batch is therefore the result of personal expertise rather than industrial mass production.
