Production Method

• Raw materials: Locally sourced molasses from St. Lucia’s sugarcane, fermented with proprietary yeast strains
• Distillation process: A masterful blend of rums from both Coffey column stills and traditional copper pot stills
• Maturation: Aged separately in ex-bourbon oak barrels for approximately 5 years before blending
• Special techniques: After blending, the rum is rested an additional six months in oak vats to marry the flavors harmoniously
