Production Method

• Ingredients: Peated malt from Isle of Mull with local spring water from the distillery’s own well
• Distillation Process: Double distillation in Tobermory distillery’s traditional copper stills
• Maturation: Initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in former Rioja wine casks from Spain
• Special Techniques: Cask finishing process that allows the complexity of Spanish red wine to integrate with the peated whisky
