• Special Techniques: STR casks (shaved, toasted, recharred) involve a specialised technique in which the cask is first scraped, then toasted, and finally recharred on the inside, promoting the release of complex flavour compounds. • Nose: Rich and inviting with notes of ripe stone fruit, vanilla, and caramel from the ex-bourbon casks, complemented by plums and raisins from the ex-port casks, along with a lightly spiced, toasted oak note from the STR casks.
