This pioneering spirit represents the fusion of traditional Scottish whisky-making techniques with the distinctive influence of Israel’s Mediterranean climate.

- Distillation process: Double distillation in copper pot stills designed by the late Dr. Jim Swan, renowned whisky consultant
- Maturation: Primarily aged in ex-bourbon casks with additional maturation in ex-Islay peated whisky casks, benefiting from Tel Aviv’s hot climate which accelerates maturation
- Special techniques: Non-chill filtered to preserve full flavor complexity, with natural rapid maturation due to Israel’s warm climate (approximately 3x faster than Scotland)
