Production Method

• Ingredients: A carefully selected array of 10 classic botanicals sourced from around the world, including orris root, nutmeg, coriander and cinnamon, combined with the finest pure grain spirit and spring water from the Brecon Beacons National Park.
• Distillation Process: The botanicals are redistilled together with a neutral grain distillate in a traditional Faraday copper pot still, ensuring a precise and gentle extraction of aromas and flavours.
• Maturation: Brecon Special Reserve Gin undergoes no traditional cask ageing, instead achieving its characteristic depth and complexity through the meticulous selection and distillation of its botanicals.
• Special Techniques: The gin is produced in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality control. After distillation, the gin is blended down to 40% ABV exclusively using pure spring water from the Brecon Beacons National Park, contributing to its remarkable purity and smoothness.
