Production Method

• Ingredients: Nine carefully selected botanicals: juniper, coriander, iris, angelica root, liquorice, cinchona bark, cinnamon, cardamom and bitter oranges – each chosen for their ability to create a harmonious and complex flavour profile.
• Distillation process: The botanicals are steeped in an alcohol infusion for precisely 24 hours before distillation takes place in Luxardo’s traditional copper pot stills, ensuring optimal extraction of aromas and flavour essences.
• Maturation: Following distillation, the gin undergoes 19 days of maturation, allowing the complex flavour notes to integrate and develop to their fullest potential.
• Special techniques: The product is then carefully filtered, diluted to the desired alcohol strength and prepared for bottling – a process that reflects Luxardo’s dedication to craftsmanship and quality, as practised by the family since 1821.
