Production Method

• Ingredients: Heavily peated barley with 78.44 ppm peat in the raw material, reduced to 19.7 ppm in the finished whisky
• Distillation Process: Distilled at Torabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye with focus on preserving the floral and aromatic character
• Maturation: Primary maturation in American bourbon oak casks, followed by a finish in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks
• Special Techniques: Non chill-filtered and without added coloring, watered down from cask strength (63.2-63.6% ABV) to 46% ABV
